SummerStage 2025 is back, and it's giving main character energy all summer long. From June through October, the Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage is turning up the volume with over 70 free performances across NYC's five boroughs. Whether you're into jazz, hip-hop, indie rock, or salsa, there's something for everyone.
🎶 SummerStage 2025 Highlights
June 4: Kickoff with GRAMMY-winning jazz bassist Marcus Miller at Central Park, in association with Blue Note Jazz Festival.
June 13: The Metropolitan Opera Summer Recital at Stapleton Waterfront Park, featuring Tessa McQueen, Hannah Jones, Sunghoon Han, and pianist Miriam Bombrun.
July 20: The Roots take the stage at Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
July 26: Nems Presents Gorillafest at the Coney Island Amphitheater.
August 17: Funk Flex R&B Birthday Picnic at Central Park.

Most SummerStage events are free and open to the public. However, some benefit concerts require tickets, which can be purchased through Ticketmaster or the SummerStage website. For free shows, it's first-come, first-served, so arrive early to secure your spot
